Serving Iowa Guard Families

From drill to homecoming, we keep Guard families seen, supported, and celebrated across the state.

Who We Are

From drill to homecoming, we’re here for Guard families.

For two decades, we’ve helped Iowa’s military youth grow in confidence, connection, and resilience.

Our Mission

Show up for Guard-connected kids and caregivers with year-round experiences, practical resources, and caring adults so home life stays steady through every drill, mobilization, and return.

Our Vision

Every Iowa Guard kid feels seen, supported, and ready for what's next — and leaders can point to stronger, steadier families because of it.

Strategic Infrastructure

The support behind every event, resource, and outreach effort.

Behind the scenes we focus on a few steady priorities so camps run smoothly, kits land on doorsteps, and leaders across the state see the impact.

Partnership Cultivation

Grow local and statewide partners who help us stretch funding, add fresh experiences, and keep families covered.

Storytelling & Advocacy

Share real Guard family stories so decision-makers understand the wins, the gaps, and why support matters.

Data Driven

Track what works so we can show readiness, resilience, and retention gains.

Marketing & Visibility

Keep families and leaders in the loop with clear, consistent updates and event branding.

Core Values

How we show up for Guard families every day.

These values guide how we plan, partner, and deliver—whether we’re in a school gym, on the road, or huddled with parents over coffee.

Mission-Rooted

Every action strengthens the Guard family and mission.

Hospitality-Led

We lead with warmth, care, and belonging.

Trust-Stewards

We honor time, funding, and people with excellence.

Deeply Planted

We grow lasting roots in families, communities, and the Guard.
